Thank you for your interest in the ismp2016 to be held between 29 April – 1 May 2016 in Tübingen. Registration for the symposium is required.

The registration fees have been considerably reduced thanks to the generous support of the Shering Stiftung :

Regular fee, after 29 February

Abstract Deadline Extended to 3 April 2016!!

All abstract authors have to pay their registration fees until 3 April 2016 (Regular fee since 29 February) at the latest, otherwise the corresponding abstracts will not be published nor will they be listed in the programme. Participants attending the symposium, who do not wish to submit any poster abstract, can do so by registering before (early bird fee) or after (regular fee) 29 February.

To register, please send us an email (including abstract, if that is the case: see below for details on how to submit an abstract) with the following information:

  • Full Name
  • Date of birth
  • Affiliation
  • Professional or private address

In addition, you’ll have to pay the fee by making a bank transfer to the following account.

Registration will be successful exclusively after we check that the registration fee has been transferred to the abovementioned account. We will then confirm per Email your registration.

How to submit a poster abstract

  1. Deadline for submission of abstracts: 29 February 3 April 2016.
  2. Please note that abstracts should not contain more than a maximum of 2,500 characters (without spaces and author data).
    Your abstract should not contain tables or images.
  3. Structure of the abstract
    The abstract must be submitted in English. In addition, the following structure of the abstract must be strictly adhered to in order to be admitted for reviewing:

    1. Introduction
    2. Objectives
    3. Materials & Methods
    4. Results
    5. Conclusion
  4. Acceptance of abstract
    The scientific committee will review the abstracts and notify the authors by 21 March 2016.
  5. Registration
    The presenting author must be a registered participant. Please note that the presenting author is not automatically registered by submitting an abstract. Registration is obligatory and binding and implies payment of the registration fee.

The registration fee for the presenting author must be paid by 3 April 2016 (Regular Fee since 29 February). Otherwise, the related and accepted abstract will not be published!
